Professional maintenance of air-conditioning units has an impact not only on the technical conditions of the equipment, but it also affects the quality of the environment where the air- conditioning units are used. Each service of air-conditioning units is done in the following scope:
Indoor unit:
Inspection of correct functions and activities, inspection of mechanical and electrical controlling elements, cleaning and disinfection of heat exchangers with environmental friendly solutions, cleaning and disinfection of tank and discharge condensate pipes, measurements of temperature and the amount of chilled air, complete cleaning of the entire air conditioning unit including fans, blinds, housing and electric components.
Outdoor unit:
Inspection of correct functions and activities, inspection of mechanical and electrical controlling elements, inspection of coolant circle (coolant volume and system tightness), measurements of the consumption of electric power, coolant pressure, insulation resistance, inspection of clamps for tightness and heat exchanger cleaning.
