Receiving, record-keeping, archiving processes and additional order-distribution systems
The main task of the Dispatch Department is to receive, keep records and distribute and archive orders or requirements received from our clients. This process is done by monitoring the relevant input/entry channels, which are e-mail, toll-free phone line, automatic phone announcers/alarms and special software solutions followed by the issuance of applicable work orders.
Crisis management
In case of a breakdown or other emergency situation, the central Dispatch Department applies applicable operative measures. If the relevant and authorized manager is not available, the dispatch would take his place and will issue orders directly to our employees or employees of sub-suppliers.
