AB Facility a.s. won a contract for providing operational maintenance in selected MAKRO and METRO wholesale stores
At the end of 2011 AB Facility a.s., FM Bohemian Division, won the selection procedure for providing operational maintenance in the Makro Brno and Ostrava wholesale stores and the METRO Bratislava II - Devínska Nová Ves wholesale store. The contract covers technical operation and operational maintenance during the full opening hours, i.e. from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
Operational maintenance covers:
- Professional maintenance of equipment (wiring, gas boiler room, etc.)
- Specialized maintenance of equipment, the operation of which requires training provided by a licensed company (e.g. elevators, designated fire and safety equipment, etc.)
- General maintenance of buildings and other Client's assets including technical equipment and fixtures, including small repairs or adjustments and other works (e.g. painting work, installation of notice boards, etc.), works related to support of sales (e.g. assembly and disassembly of displayed samples, etc. AB Facility also provides a non-stop emergency service.The activity in all three wholesale stores was commenced on 01/01/2012.
